Boulevard Living at the Zone in Review

It’s a month later and Boulevard Living at The Vantage has come to an end.

That doesn’t mean the end of Boulevard Living for me, though.

I’ve rediscovered some of my favourite shops at The Zone. I spoke about Father Coffee in my last blog post, and this time around, I’m going to talk about my other love, sneakers. I’m no fashionista by any stretch of the imagination. However, I do love a good pair of sneakers.

Before we kick off though, I gotta get some proper fuel in the tank. Lemme grab a Berry Dairy smoothie from Kauai. Okay, I’m ready to go.

Boulevard Living goes sneaker shopping

First up is Shesha, located at Shop FF21, on the first floor. This is usually the first store I visit in The Zone, and with good reason. They have a decent variety of sneakers and apparel in a beautiful store.

Next up is the Cross Trainer, at shop G26. I spotted these Reebok Shaqs in the window a while ago. This was a throwback to my high school basketball days. Yes, I’m that old.

A few doors down from Cross Trainer is the Nike store. The interior of this store really blows me away. They have a treadmill in store to analyse runners’ foot falls and use that data to suggest the best shoe. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

Okay, now that we know where to find sneakers, how about we complement them with some really cool socks?

Nic Harry opened in Rosebank recently, increasing their local footprint from an online store that’s grown to stores across Cape Town and Gauteng. You can find them at store GF004.

While the Boulevard Living campaign has come to an end, you’ll probably still find me at The Zone, at least once a week.

While this post has been sponsored by the folks at The Zone, the opinions in this post are my own.
